You can find P C Bhandari & Co on the first floor at 6-B in Bapu Bazar. We are right near where the Dena Bank is located. Being in Bapu Bazar means it is always lively outside. There is always noise from the street, but once you come up to the first floor, it gets a bit quieter. We have been in this spot for years. The office is not very big, but we have everything we need to do our work. There are a few of us here. We mostly sit at our desks and handle whatever comes across them. It is not a high-tech office with the latest gadgets. We still rely a lot on physical files and handwritten notes. It feels more real that way. People come in and out all day. Sometimes they just want to check on something or bring us new papers. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it's good exercise. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the regular people who walk by every day. It’s a good place to be. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done right without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the fan makes a little noise, but we don't really notice it anymore after all this time.
