We are out here in Bhuwana, specifically at the 41369 spot. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it stays busy enough with the locals and people driving through. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen area, getting things ready before the lunch crowd starts showing up. It gets pretty hot back there, especially when all the machines are running at the same time. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, like taking orders or cleaning up the tables when someone leaves. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and the whole place feels a bit cramped. We try to keep things organized, but on weekends it usually gets a bit chaotic. I’ve been working here for a while and you get used to the rhythm of it. You learn which fridge door sticks and which light switch you have to flip twice. It is just a regular place to get some food. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure we haven't run out of the popular items. The floors need mopping a few times a day because of the dust coming in from the street. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up late at night. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the place decent for whoever walks in.
