Working here at Bhuwana Bhuwana Phase II 109-111 is a lot of fast-paced movement. We are on our feet for hours at a time, mostly staying behind the counter or back in the kitchen. This part of Bhuwana gets a lot of traffic, so there is almost always someone coming through the doors. We spend a lot of time making sure the fryers are ready and that the bins aren't overflowing. On the weekends, it gets especially loud because of all the families and kids who come in. There’s usually a lot of trash to pick up from the tables, and we have to keep mopping the floor so it doesn't get sticky. We wear our uniforms and just follow the usual routine for every order that comes in on the screen. The kitchen gets hot, especially when we are busy with a long line of people. We try to work fast so the food doesn't sit around for too long. Sometimes the machines need a bit of maintenance, which can be a headache when we’re in the middle of a rush. It’s a regular fast food job, and we don't really have time for much else besides getting the orders right. The mornings are the only time it’s actually quiet enough to hear the music playing. Once the lunch hour starts, it’s just a lot of noise and work until we close up for the night.
