This part of Govardhan Vilas is quite a bit away from the busy lakes and tourist spots that most people know. It’s a place where students are constantly buzzing around, learning how the hospitality world actually works. You can always tell when the cooking labs are in session because the smell of spices starts filling up the hallways. We have actual kitchens and classrooms filled with equipment that needs a lot of upkeep. It’s not a luxury hotel itself, but it’s where we train the people who will work in them.
