We are located right at Chetak Circle, which is one of those busy spots in Udaipur that almost everyone knows. Our office is upstairs, sitting right above Shrimalstudio at number 6. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but the view of the circle is actually quite nice from our windows. Ihr Heritage And Resorts Private Limited is the name we use for the business. We focus on the heritage and resort side of things, which makes sense since Udaipur is so full of old history and tourism. It is just a small team of us working here. We do not have any fancy carpets or a big reception desk to impress people. It is mostly just wooden desks, a few computers, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. Chetak Circle always has something going on outside, so it is never really quiet in the office. We spend most of our time managing different properties and making sure the resort side of the business is ticking along like it should. Sometimes the address gets people a bit confused because of the studio downstairs, but they usually find us after a quick phone call. We have been at this for a while now. Dealing with heritage properties takes a lot of patience and plain old hard work. We do not go for those big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to keep things running smoothly. It is a practical way to work.
