Hotel Rehmaniya

Hotel Rehmaniya is situated in the Chamanpura area, right near the Muslim Musafir Khana in Loha Bazar. It is a part of town where there is always a lot of activity, especially with the iron and hardware trade nearby. We provide food and a place for people to sit, mostly serving those who are visiting the area or working in the local markets. The building is older and has that worn-in feel of a place that has seen a lot of visitors. We do not have fancy decorations or modern furniture. It is just a practical setup for people who need a meal. We cook mostly traditional dishes that people around here grew up eating. The kitchen stays busy from early morning until late at night. Sometimes the noise from Loha Bazar is quite loud, but inside we try to keep things moving smoothly. We get a lot of regulars who come in every day for their lunch. It is a basic operation where we focus on filling plates and keeping the tables cleared. We do not have a big menu; we just stick to what we know how to cook well. Dealing with the daily logistics of a busy eatery in a crowded bazar can be a bit of a headache, but we have been doing it long enough to handle it. It is just a place to eat and rest for a bit before getting back to work.
