Hotel Ajanta

You can find us in Hathipole, just outside the main gate area and near the old Saprlok Cenima. In 313001, this is a part of town where there is always something happening, from the markets to the local crowds going to catch a movie. Hotel Ajanta is a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of heart. We don't have a lot of the shiny things that the big tourist hotels have, but we offer a fair price and a friendly face. The rooms are a bit different from each other, some larger and some smaller, but they all have what you need for a stay in the city. We see a lot of people who are here for shopping in the markets or just visiting for a few days. The street outside can be quite loud with the rickshaws and the vendors, but that is just how it is in this part of Udaipur. We try to help out our guests by telling them the best ways to get around without getting lost. The roof has a decent view if you want to see the city rooftops. We don't do fancy breakfast spreads, but there is always tea available. It is a bit worn in places, but it is comfortable enough for anyone who wants to stay somewhere authentic. We just keep things running as best as we can every day.
