Hotel A-One Veg & Non Veg

Our hotel is out on Airport Road in the Pratap Nagar part of Udaipur. We are situated right on the service line, across from the main gate of Transport Nagar. It is a place where a lot of trucks and travelers pass through, so we get a real mix of people. We serve both veg and non-veg food, which keeps us busy in the kitchen. The building is simple and we do not have any fancy furniture. It is mostly just a practical spot for people who are on the road and need a meal or a place to stop for a bit. 313001 is a busy zip code with all the transport activity. We are used to the sound of engines and the dust from the highway. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done. Sometimes the service is a little slow when we are packed, but we try to keep moving. We are not some big chain hotel. We are just a local business trying to make a living. Most of our customers are drivers or people headed to the airport. We keep the water jugs full and the tables wiped down as best as we can. It is not glamorous, but it is our work. We have been here on the service line for a while now and know the area well. It is just a normal, everyday hotel for hungry travelers who need a break from their journey.
