You can find us over at 20A, Bhatt Ji Ki Bari. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it lets us get our work done without too many distractions. We are in the business of resorts and development, though our office doesn't look like what you might expect from a developer. It is a simple, lived-in space with plans spread out over the tables and notebooks filled with ideas. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who enjoy the process of building and creating new spots. The name of the company sounds a bit high-end, but we are very much down-to-earth people. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting with contractors to see how projects are coming along. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned, like when materials are late or the weather doesn't cooperate. But that is just the nature of this kind of work. We’ve been in this area for quite a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just show up every day, drink our tea, and try to make progress on whatever is on the desk. It’s a simple, practical way of doing business in a city we really care about.
