Our office is tucked away in the Krishna Complex at A-9 in Udaipur. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find, though the complex itself is always a bit crowded with other shops and people coming and going. We work in the hotel business, but this specific spot is where we do all the administrative stuff. It’s a small office with a couple of computers and a lot of paperwork. Udaipur is famous for its lakes and palaces, but our daily view is just the hallway and the street outside. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we try to keep everything organized. Our team is small, just a few local people who know the city well. We spend most of our time dealing with vendors or checking on how the properties are doing. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to keep things running smoothly in a city that never really slows down.
