Five Star Plastic Corner

If you go down to Dhanmandi, you'll find Five Star Plastic Corner. We sell all kinds of plastic buckets, mugs, and containers. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling, so it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We have everything in different colors and sizes. People come in looking for stuff for their kitchens or bathrooms. It’s a busy area so there’s always noise from the street outside. We spend a lot of time just rearranging the stacks so nothing falls over. It’s mostly just us and the customers looking for a bargain. We don't have any fancy displays. Everything is just out there for people to see and touch. Sometimes we run out of a certain color and have to wait for the next delivery. It’s a simple trade. Dhanmandi is a tough place to work because it's so crowded, but we've gotten used to it. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down. It’s just a regular plastic shop. Nothing more, nothing less. We know most of the regulars who stop by. We just try to keep the shelves full and the prices fair. It's a lot of lifting boxes every day. That's pretty much the whole story of this place. We keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the plastic. It's just what we do here in the market.
