If you come down to Mewar Ind Area Madri, specifically at F 229 A, you will find Chaturvedi Agarwal & Co. We have been in this spot for years, surrounded by factories and workshops. It’s not the quietest place to work because of all the heavy trucks moving on the roads outside, but we are used to it by now. The office is full of files and old ledgers stacked up on shelves. We handle a lot of paperwork here, mostly tax stuff and accounts for other businesses nearby. Sometimes people just walk in with a handful of receipts and ask us to sort them out. It’s mostly just me and a couple of assistants sitting under the ceiling fans. During the summer, it gets pretty hot in here, so we drink a lot of tea and try to keep moving through the pile of work on our desks. We don't really do big advertising or anything fancy. People usually find us because their friends told them we are here. The furniture is old, and the computer monitors are a bit dusty, but the work gets done correctly. We don't use any complicated systems, just regular record-keeping that everyone can understand. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, so we just wait it out or work by the window light. It is a steady way to spend the day and we keep at it.
