Cherika Hotels & Resorts Private Limited is located at 20A, Bhatt Ji Ki Bari. It is a fairly quiet spot, which is nice for an office. We handle both hotels and resorts, so there is usually a lot on our plate throughout the year. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and answer the phone. Bhatt Ji Ki Bari is a good neighborhood and the people around here are mostly friendly. We have been working out of this building for some time. Managing a resort is quite different from a regular hotel because there is so much more land and maintenance involved. We are often out at the different sites, so the office might only have one or two people in it during the day. We don't have a PR team or anyone writing fancy descriptions for us. We just do the actual work. If something breaks or a guest has a problem, we are the ones who have to figure out how to fix it. It is a very hands-on job. We like the variety of the work. One day we might be looking at new plants for a garden and the next we are arguing with a supplier about a delivery. It is not always pretty or perfect, but it is our business and we stay honest about how we run it.
