Callisto Fine Dine Llp is located at 40 Kardhar Complex in Sector 14. To be honest, it’s just a regular place where we try to get the food out on time and keep the tables clean. Working in a complex like this means we deal with a lot of different neighbors and the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't some massive chain with a million rules. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen and out front, trying to make sure the plates look decent and people have what they need. Some days the oven acts up or we run out of something small, and we just have to figure it out as we go. Sector 14 is a decent area, and we get a mix of regulars and people just passing through the complex. We spend a lot of time prepping before the lunch rush starts. It’s a lot of chopping, cleaning, and making sure the floor isn't slippery. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just like cooking and seeing people eat. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, we’re just focusing on the kitchen. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but that is just how the restaurant business is. We’re just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly in our corner of the building.
