C M Jain & Co is located in the Lodha Complex, right at Court Chauraha. We are up on the fifth floor in suite 509. It’s a busy part of the city with the court nearby, so there are always people rushing around. Our office is a bit of a refuge from that. It’s just a standard workspace. We have chairs for visitors and desks for the staff. We don’t have any big art on the walls or anything like that. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of our day is spent looking at documents or talking on the phone. It’s steady work. Sometimes the elevator in the complex takes a while, so we tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes. We have been here long enough that we know most of the other tenants in the building. It’s a professional environment but in a very grounded way. We don’t use a lot of fancy words. If someone asks a question, we give them a straight answer. That’s just how we like to operate. It’s a practical location for the kind of stuff we handle. We appreciate the people who come to see us here at Court Chauraha. It’s a simple life, just showing up and making sure the work is handled properly every single day. We keep the kettle going for tea and just get on with it.
