Bayan Gropu of Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is right at Plot Number 13 in Hiran Magri Sector 4. It’s a solid location if you know this part of town. We’ve been operating out of this sector for some time, and it’s always got something going on. Sector 4 is pretty busy with the local market and people going to work, so there's a lot of energy around. We don’t have a big team or a fancy headquarters; it’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers keeping the wheels turning. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily stuff that comes up with running hotels. It could be anything from a leaky tap to fixing the schedule for the staff. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with mission statements and all that. We just try to do our job so things don’t fall apart. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially around five in the evening, but you get used to the noise. We keep our office doors open mostly. It’s a regular business run by regular people. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here at Plot 13. If you ever find yourself in Hiran Magri, you’ll likely see our building. It isn't the biggest place on the block, but it belongs to us and we're here every single day.
