We are based at Plot No 8 on Road No 11 in Ashok Nagar, which is part of the Girwa area in Udaipur. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which helps when you need to concentrate on technical drawings. We deal with various aspects of design and construction planning. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place with enough desk space for us to work on our projects. We have been working in Udaipur for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the local building codes and how things work around here. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t notice but they really matter for a building. We are a small partnership, so when you talk to us, you’re talking to the people actually doing the work. There aren't any middle managers or salespeople to go through. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. Sometimes we are out visiting sites and other times we are just here drinking tea and staring at blueprints. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just want to provide a solid service to the community. People in Ashok Nagar know us as the local guys who know their way around a project. It’s a steady pace and we like it. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the plans make sense for the people who will live there. It's a decent way to make a living.
