Shakti Nagar 21 is where you will find us if you look for the small sign near the gate. We’ve been operating this plan center for a good while now. It’s a straightforward setup with a big counter and some stools for people to sit on while we go over their drawings. The air is usually thick with the smell of fresh ink and paper. We handle a lot of the technical drawings that people need for their house approvals. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or coffee machines. We just have a water cooler and some plastic files. Every morning starts with cleaning the dust off the tables because the street outside is quite busy. We spend our time drawing lines, calculating areas, and making sure everything follows the local rules. Sometimes a customer brings in a drawing they did themselves that doesn’t quite work, and we have to explain why the kitchen can't be that small. It’s a lot of practical talk and technical stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around; we just want to get the drawings right so people can get on with their building. The evenings are often the busiest when people stop by after their own work is done. We just keep our heads down and finish the maps as they come in.
