Sidda Shree First Grade College

Sidda Shree First Grade College is situated in Nittur, which is a small place in the Tumkur district of Karnataka. Being a first-grade college, we deal with older students who are working on their degrees and thinking about their futures. The atmosphere here is a bit more relaxed than a primary school, but everyone still has their work to do and classes to attend. We have a few buildings that house our classrooms, the science labs, and the main office. It’s a very local institution, and most of our students come from the surrounding villages. They often take the local buses or even walk long distances to get here every day. The facilities we have are basic and functional. We have a library with the necessary books and some labs for the science subjects. We don't have a massive campus with large sports stadiums or expensive amenities. We have a modest area with some shade where students sit and talk during their breaks. The staff are mostly from this region and they understand the challenges the students face in their daily lives. Sometimes the resources are a bit tight, but we manage with what we have on hand. It’s a practical place to get an education without having to travel all the way to a big city like Bangalore. We just provide the classes and the exams and help out the students as much as we can with their studies.
