Prakaruti College Of Pharmacy is situated out in Koratagere, Tumkur, which is a bit of a distance from the main Bangalore city center. Being out here means it’s a bit quieter than the city, which helps when students are trying to study complicated stuff like chemistry and medicine. We have the labs set up with the necessary equipment and benches for practical work. It’s not a massive campus, but it has what is needed for a pharmacy course. The staff mostly stays busy with lectures and helping out in the labs. We see a lot of students coming from different parts of Karnataka to stay here and learn. The building is a simple structure, nothing too elaborate. We spend most of our time making sure the lab supplies are stocked and the classrooms are ready for the morning sessions. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or because they live in the Tumkur area. The goal every day is just to get through the curriculum and make sure the students understand their practicals. It’s hard work for them, but that is just how pharmacy school goes. We keep things professional but informal enough that students can ask questions when they get stuck on a topic or a specific formula.
