Gurudev Traders

Gurudev Traders is found at 115, P/2, on Hospital Road in Kallakurichi. Being on Hospital Road means there are always people walking by or vehicles looking for a place to park. It is a busy street. We are a trading business, so we buy and sell different items depending on what people in town are looking for. The shop is not very large, but we make use of every inch of wall space we have. We have a wooden counter that has seen better days, but it does its job. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of Kallakurichi, and we just use a torch or wait for it to come back. We do not have any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot is still done with pen and paper in our big ledger books. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. We know the doctors and the pharmacy owners nearby. It is a community where everyone kind of looks out for each other. We do not spend money on ads or things like that. Word of mouth is usually enough for us. If someone needs something specific, they know to come and ask. We try to keep our prices fair so people keep coming back. It is just a regular trading shop, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in to visit.
