Arunachalesvara Women Groundnut Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at No.857, Rajaveethi Streetthanipadi Village & Post. We are a group of women who focus on groundnuts. In this part of the village, everyone knows how much work goes into growing and harvesting them. It is a tough crop, but it is what we do. We decided to form this company so we could have more of a say in how things are sold. Being a group of women farmers, we support each other a lot with the daily chores and the business side of things. Rajaveethi Street is where we have our main spot. It is right in the middle of the village life here. We spend a lot of time sorting through the pods and making sure everything is ready for the market. It is not a shiny office. It is a place where we sit, talk, and handle the paperwork that comes with running a producer company. Sometimes the children are running around or there is a lot of noise from the street, but we get the work done. Growing groundnuts is what pays the bills around here. We are just trying to be practical about our future. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure the women in our village get what they deserve for all the hard work they put into the soil.
