Grids Infrastructure Solutions is based at No. 42 on 3rd Main Road in Vgn Mahalakshmi Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s actually quite nice to work here compared to the crowded industrial zones. Our office is in a regular building, and we’ve tried to make it as functional as possible for the kind of planning we do. We don’t have a giant staff, just a few of us who sit around a big table most days looking at drawings and schedules. There are always rolls of paper leaning against the walls and coffee mugs sitting on every flat surface. 3rd Main Road isn't too loud, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We aren't the type of company with a big sign and flashing lights. Most people wouldn't even know we were here unless they were looking for us specifically. We keep our own hours and focus on getting the details right on our projects. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been in Mahalakshmi Nagar for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the tea stall guy down the street pretty well. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we’re happy with how things are running.
