Empee Tools

Empee Tools is tucked away in the New Tiny Sector of the Ambattur Industrial Estate. Our address is No 253/1. It’s one of those parts of Ambattur where everyone is making something. We’ve been here for years, and the shop has seen a lot of use. We make tools and parts for all sorts of people. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for the lathes and the milling machines we use every day. We don’t have a website or a marketing department. Usually, someone just calls us or stops by the shop when they need something specific made. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of cutting oil and metal. We wear our old clothes and just get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just sit outside until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. There’s no point in being fancy when you’re working with heavy machinery and raw steel. We just try to make things that work and don't break. If a job is too big for us, we say so, but usually, we find a way to get it done. It’s a steady life in the industrial estate, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
