Geeth Machinery Spares

If you find yourself on Manickam Pillai Street in Mannurpet, you’ll probably walk right past us if you aren't looking. We are at number 97, and it is usually full of metal parts and greasy boxes. People come in looking for specific spares that they can't find anywhere else. Sometimes we have it right on the shelf, and other times we have to dig around in the back for a bit. It’s dusty work, and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the day. The shop isn't much to look at, but we know where everything is, mostly. We’ve been dealing with machinery for a while, and you learn a lot just by looking at what breaks down. Customers come in with a broken part in their hand, hoping we can match it up. We do our best to help them out without making a big deal of it. It’s just how things go here in this part of town. The noise from the nearby workshops is constant, so you have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the machines in the area keep running. It’s honest work, even if the inventory gets a bit messy during the busy weeks. We just keep plugging away at it, helping one person at a time with whatever part they are missing.
