C. P. Aquaculture (India) Pvt. Ltd. is found at 104, Gnt Road, right there near the NH in Nallur and Vijaya. It’s a bit of a drive out to Nallur Village, but that’s where you need to be for this kind of work. Our site is close to Sholavaram Post, and it’s a fairly large area because aquaculture takes up a lot of room. We spend our days mostly outdoors, checking on the water and the tanks to make sure everything is healthy. It’s a lot of physical labor, and you have to be okay with getting a bit wet and dirty most days. Being so close to the highway means we get a lot of noise from the trucks passing by, but it also makes it easy for us to get our supplies delivered. The office is just a simple building where we keep the logs and do the necessary paperwork, but nobody really likes being stuck inside for too long. We’ve got a good relationship with the local village, and many of the people who work here live just down the road. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s more like a farm that happens to be in the water. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just raise the stock, keep the water clean, and hope for good weather so everything grows the way it’s supposed to. It’s a steady life and we enjoy the work.
