Bharat Engineering Co

We are located at 1 B, Rukmani Nagar, 2nd Street in Mauravoyal. Bharat Engineering Co is essentially a workshop where we deal with metal parts and mechanical stuff. It’s a gritty place. The floor is stained with oil and there’s always a fine layer of dust over everything. We have a couple of old lathes and some heavy-duty tools that have been with us for years. The noise can be quite loud when we are in the middle of a job, so we don't do much talking while the machines are running. Mauravoyal is an industrial kind of area, so we fit right in with the other workshops on the street. It’s not a place for people who mind getting their hands dirty. We don't have a fancy office for meeting clients; usually, we just talk to people out on the shop floor or near the entrance. The air is thick with the smell of metal and lubricant. We spend our days measuring things, cutting steel, and making sure the parts we finish are what the customer asked for. It’s hard work and it’s usually hot, especially during the summer months when the metal roof heats up. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines until it’s time to close up and go home. There is something satisfying about seeing a pile of raw metal turned into something useful by the time the sun goes down.
