Wellknown Syndicate

If you look for 549 in the Wellknown Complex on Perumanallur Road, you’ll find our office. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going throughout the day. Wellknown Syndicate has been in this space for a while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the years. It’s not the biggest office, but it fits what we do. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is walking through the door with a question. We handle a lot of different things here, so no two days really feel the same. The traffic on Perumanallur Road can be a headache during rush hour, but it’s a good location for us because everyone knows the complex. We keep the kettle going for tea most of the afternoon. Most of our furniture is a bit worn out, but it’s comfortable. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just focus on the paperwork and the people we deal with every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up things that piled up during the morning. It’s just us doing our best to keep things moving. We know most of the other shop owners in the complex, so there’s always someone to chat with during a break. It’s a decent place to spend the work week and the rent is fair for the area.
