Orbit Cools

Orbit Cools is over at number 31 in Anupparpalayam, right on Avinashi Road. It’s a pretty busy road, so there’s always traffic passing by our front door. We work on cooling systems and things like that. It’s a lot of technical work, checking pipes and gas levels. Our workshop isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve been here for a good while now. The guys here are used to the heat, even though we work on things to keep others cool. We don't really have a lot of office space. Most of the room is taken up by units and spare parts. We spend a lot of time out on service calls too. It’s not just sitting in the shop all day. We have to be out where the units are broken. Avinashi Road is a main artery, so getting parts delivered is usually pretty quick. We aren't really into big corporate slogans or anything. We just take the calls as they come. Some days are packed and others are a bit slower. We use that time to clean our tools and organize the shelves. We’ve got some regular customers who have been coming to us since we started. It’s a local business through and through. We just try to do right by the people in the area and keep our heads down. It is what it is.
