This branch of Star International Pvt. Ltd. is over at No. 36B, Chitra Complex, on Kangayam Main Road. It’s a different vibe from our other spots because this road is always packed. Chitra Complex is a busy place with a lot of different businesses coming and going. We’re on one of the floors there, and there is a good view of the traffic if you care to look out the window. The office is pretty basic. There are some chairs for visitors, but they don't get used much because we're usually out on the floor or on the phone. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun beats down on the front of the complex, but a couple of fans usually do the job. Working on Kangayam Main Road means never really being away from the noise, but you stop hearing it after a while. A regular routine is what keeps us going. We start early, get the mail sorted, and then handle whatever the day throws our way. There’s no big corporate manual for how we behave. Treating people fairly is the main thing, and we hope for the same in return. The complex has a small canteen downstairs for getting lunch, which is convenient. It’s a practical setup for a business that doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles. We’re just here to do our bit and keep things moving.
