Sri Jayaprabha Exports

Our place, Sri Jayaprabha Exports, is at No-9 on Kumaran Street. It’s a very straightforward location and we have been operating here for a good while now. The office itself isn't very large, so we have to be quite smart about how we use every inch of the space. We have wooden shelves lining the walls and a big heavy table in the middle where we do most of the sorting and checking of items. Kumaran Street is a decent place to work from because it’s easy enough for the transport trucks to find us without getting lost. We don’t spend any time or money on decorations or anything like that. Our walls are mostly bare except for a few delivery schedules and maybe an old photo from a staff lunch a few years back. We mostly handle export orders and that keeps us plenty busy from Monday morning through Saturday evening. Sometimes we even come in on Sunday if there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on before the new week starts. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep our energy up, especially during the rainy season when the damp weather makes everything feel a bit slower. The staff here are all local people from around this area, so we talk a lot about what’s happening in the neighborhood and with our families.
