You can find us at 1/167 South Street in Kansapuram, which is part of the Srivilliputtur area. It’s a quiet area compared to the big city centers, which we quite like for our daily work. We’ve been running the export business from this location for some time now and we know the rhythms of the place. The building is just a standard house that we converted into an office and a small storage area for the goods we ship. We spend most of the day sorting through the products and making sure they are packed up tight for the long journey ahead. Since we are in Srivilliputtur, things move a bit slower but we still stay very busy with the orders that come in. We have a lot of local folks from the village who help us with the loading and the checking of the items before they go. It’s not a high-tech operation, we still write a lot of things down in ledgers by hand. Sometimes the rain makes the South Street road a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to get the trucks in and out eventually. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work and making sure the people get the stuff they ordered. We usually close up around sunset unless there’s a big shipment coming in late from the coast. It’s a simple way to work and we’re happy here.
