Aj Trends Exports

You can find us over at No. 36/1 in Rve Nagar, specifically on 3rd Street. It’s just a short turn off the Rakkiayapalayam Kankeyam Main Road. Being near that main road really helps us with the logistics side of things at Aj Trends Exports. We’ve been in this neighborhood for several years now. It’s a mix of houses and small businesses like ours, so there’s always something happening. The street is a bit narrow, so when the big trucks come to pick up loads, things can get a little cramped for the neighbors. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the goods and making sure the packing is solid. It’s mostly textiles and stuff like that, whatever the current orders require. We don’t have a flashy office with air conditioning everywhere, just a practical space where we can get the work done. The staff is mostly from around this area. We drink a lot of coffee together and talk about the daily tasks. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something needs moving, whoever is closest just picks it up. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we first started. More buildings are going up every year. But we stay focused on our orders and the shipping schedules. It’s a lot of coordination with the port and the drivers, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep at it until the shipment is finished.
