Alvenia Exports

Alvenia Exports is situated at No. 58/1 K. N. P. Subramaniam Nagar, which is right by Padmini Garden on Kangeyam Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we are every day. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves export logistics, which mostly means we spend our time chasing people down for updates. Kangeyam Road is always humming with traffic, so there is never a quiet moment really. We like it that way because it feels like things are moving. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty small, which is how we like it. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us trying to get things out the door. Sometimes we make mistakes, like anyone else, but we just fix them and move on. Padmini Garden is a nice reference point for people trying to find the street. The work can be repetitive, checking weights and measures and destinations, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a to-do list. That’s about it for how we run things. If the work gets done and the shipments are clear, we’re happy enough at the end of the day. It is honest work for us.
