Needs Exports

You can find Needs Exports up on the first floor at No. 28 over in Kumarappa Puram. We are right on the Rayapuram Main Road, so it gets pretty noisy with all the traffic passing by throughout the day. It’s a busy spot, which is good for us I suppose. We’ve been in this building for a few years. It’s not the biggest place, but we make it work for the export business. There is always a lot of coming and going. We have to carry things up and down the stairs quite a bit, which keeps us fit, though my knees feel it by Friday. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the crates. We don't have any flashy signs or a reception desk. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at a wooden table with a ledger and a computer. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but gets a bit dim later on. We don't really do much advertising; people just seem to find us here on the main road. It’s a practical setup. We focus on getting the shipments out on time. Sometimes we run out of packing tape at the worst moment, or the internet goes out, but we manage. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We like being in this part of Rayapuram.
