P & T V Sheth High School

You can find us over at No 78 A/4 on Sokkamputhur Road. P & T V Sheth High School has been a fixture in the Chennappachettipudur area for quite some time. It is a typical local school where you hear the bell ringing every few hours. We have kids coming in from all the nearby streets in Coimbatore. The school building is older and has seen a lot of students pass through over the years. It isn’t a place with a huge budget for renovations every year. We fix things when they break and keep the classrooms as tidy as possible. The road outside is usually quite busy with traffic, so the mornings are always a bit chaotic with parents dropping off their children. Inside, it’s just the usual school life with chalk dust and piles of notebooks. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. The teachers here are mostly locals who have lived in Coimbatore their whole lives. We know the families and the kids. Lunchtimes are loud and the playground gets a lot of use. It’s just a regular high school doing the basic work of teaching. We don’t try to be something we aren't. If you walk by, you’ll see us just doing our daily routines. It’s a bit worn around the edges but it serves the community here well enough without any extra polish or drama.
