Karuna Impex

Karuna Impex is a small business located at No. 59/2 Thirunagar 1st Street in Pooluvapatti. We have a modest setup here, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. Most of what we do involves importing and exporting various goods, and we’ve been at it for some time. Thirunagar 1st Street is a nice enough place to be, and we have a good relationship with the people nearby. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just focus on the practical side of moving items across borders. This involves a lot of patience with customs and making sure all the boxes are labeled correctly. Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected delays, but we just take it as it comes. It is mostly a small team of us handling everything from the emails to the actual packing. We don’t use any complicated jargon; we just talk like normal people and do the work. The office isn’t much to look at, but it’s where all the decisions happen and where we keep track of our shipments. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Pooluvapatti. We don't try to be something we aren't, we just focus on getting the cargo to where it's supposed to go. It is a plain and simple way of working.
