Nidhi Exports

Nidhi Exports is over at No. 23 Poochakkadu 2nd Street. It’s just off Mangalam Road. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses and some houses mixed in. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, a few filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. We don’t see the point in spending money on fancy furniture when the work happens on the phone and through email anyway. Exporting goods involves a lot of waiting and a lot of paperwork. We handle the logistics and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It’s not always easy, especially when there are issues with the shipping lines. We don't have a big team or anyone to handle public relations. We just talk to our customers directly. It’s better that way because things don't get lost in translation. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The work is steady, and we like it that way. We don’t have any plans to move or expand into some giant warehouse. This spot on 2nd Street works just fine for us. We just focus on getting the shipments out and keeping our records straight. It’s a simple life and a simple business, which is how we like it. We take our breaks when we can and stay until the job is done.
