Arunaachala Exports

Our place, Arunaachala Exports, is right on No. 6/11 Balavinayagar Kovil 2nd Street in Pitchampalayam. It's a busy little street. We’ve got the temple nearby, so there’s always people walking by and a bit of noise. We do our export work from this building. It’s a simple setup with enough room for our supplies and a small desk area for the computer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the wooden crates. Pitchampalayam has been a good home for us. The streets are a bit narrow, so when the delivery vans come, it gets a bit tight for everyone. We try to keep things moving though. It’s not the kind of place with a big glass front or a receptionist. We just focus on the work we have to do. Every day is a bit different depending on what needs to be sent out to the docks. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially when we’re loading up the trucks. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the rhythm of the place. We keep our records in order and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. You might miss the turn if you aren’t looking for 2nd Street, but we are right there near the temple. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community. Just a small group of us keeping things moving from Pitchampalayam.
