Thiru Murugan Hotel

Thiru Murugan Hotel is situated at 45 Keelakadai Veethi in Thuraiyur, which is a bit of a drive from the main Trichy city. We’ve been here for years, and most of the people who come in are our neighbors or people working in the nearby shops. Keelakadai Veethi is a narrow street, and it’s always got something happening. We open up early in the morning to get the stoves hot. Our place isn't something you would see in a magazine. It’s just a simple hotel with benches and tables where people can get a quick meal. We don't have a fancy menu; we mostly just cook what is fresh and available each day. The kitchen is old-fashioned, and we like it that way. It’s just a few of us working here, doing the washing, the cooking, and the serving. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here with their own families. It’s a quiet life in Thuraiyur, even if the street gets a bit loud during market days. We don’t really worry about what other restaurants are doing. We just focus on our own pots and pans. It’s honest work, and we hope to keep serving the people of Thuraiyur for a long time. There isn't much more to it than that, just good food and a place to sit.
