Big Chick Foods

Our place is over in the Sterling Biz Park on Sastri Road. If you know Thillai Nagar, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We are right opposite the Kottai Railway Station, so we see people running for their trains all day long. It’s a loud area with all the announcements and the tracks nearby. We mostly deal with chicken and quick meals for people who are in a hurry. The shop isn't very large but we make it work. Most mornings start with getting the supplies delivered and checking the fridge. We have a few stools for people to sit but many just take their food and go. The oil in the fryer is always bubbling and we try to keep the counters as clean as we can during the lunch rush. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery bike has a flat tire, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s not always easy running a food business in Trichy with the heat and the crowds. We have been at this location for some time. We just serve what we have on the menu and try to stay organized. It gets really busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We just stay open until the last customer leaves. It’s just us here working every day and getting things done.
