You can find us inside the Sivagnanam Plaza Complex on Williams Road in Tiruchirappalli. We are right there at 13 C/2. It is a busy spot in the HO area, and there is always something going on nearby. We mostly focus on making fresh chappathis every day. It is a simple operation with a few tavas going and people rolling out dough. We started small and stayed that way because it is easier to manage. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up a stack for dinner. It is much easier than making them at home when you are tired. The shop is not very big, and it can get quite warm from all the cooking. We have a few benches if you want to eat right there, but most people just take their food and go. The staff is just a couple of local guys who have gotten very fast at what they do. We do not do any big advertising. We just put a sign out on Williams Road and let the smell of fresh bread do the work. Sometimes we run out of dough before the evening is over, so we have to close up a little early. It is just a normal, everyday business in Trichy. We have been in this complex for a while now and know all the other shop owners around us. It is a noisy, busy place but we like being right in the middle of it.
