Sri Suriyaa Vegetables And Fruits Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located on Nethaji Street in Balaji Nagar. It’s the Mathurapuri 3rd Cross area in Thuraiyur. Our door number is 718A. We’ve been operating as Sri Suriyaa for a while now, focusing on the fruits and vegetables that grow around Tiruchirappalli. It’s a collective of farmers, so we have a lot of different people coming in and out. Some grow tomatoes, others grow mangoes or greens. We use the office to keep track of who is bringing what and where it’s going. It’s a practical space. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of registers. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. Most of the time we are talking about crop yields or the latest market prices. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because there’s always someone coming by to share news or ask for help with their paperwork. We aren't corporate people. We are farmers who decided to organize ourselves so we could have a bit more say in how things are sold. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page, but we manage. Thuraiyur is a good area for this. We see a lot of local faces every day. We just try to keep things honest and make sure the produce gets where it needs to go without too much fuss. It's a simple operation, run by local people who understand the land. We’ve been at 621010 for quite some time now and plan to stay here for the long haul.
