Bhairavi Vegetable Services is based in Trichy. We do not have a fancy street address to give out, we just operate right out of the local area here. Our work is all about vegetables. In a place like Trichy, everything revolves around the markets and what is coming in from the farms. We spend a lot of our time dealing with fresh produce. It is not an easy job because you have to be up before the sun most days. By the time most people are having their coffee, we have already been working for hours. It is a bit of a messy business sometimes. There are crates everywhere and the floor is usually wet from the vegetables. We do not have a big office with air conditioning. We are mostly out where the action is. Bhairavi Vegetable Services is just a few of us who know the trade. We do not have any marketing people or big goals to change the world. We just want to make sure the vegetables get to where they are supposed to go. Trichy is our home and we know the people here well. We talk to the farmers and the sellers just like regular neighbors. There is no corporate talk involved. We just say what is on our minds and get the work done. It is a tiring life but it is honest work. We are just glad to be doing it.
