Leaf Chicken Restaurant

Our place is in the Rukku Complex on Ethumalai Road. If you are in Manachanallur, you probably know where that is. We are in the Trichy district, 621005 to be exact. Leaf Chicken Restaurant is where we spend all our time. The kitchen stays pretty hot because we are always cooking something. We start early in the morning, getting the meat ready and making sure the spices are right. It is a lot of chopping and cleaning before the first person even walks in the door. The floor in the dining area is simple, and we keep the fans going to help with the Trichy heat. We do not have a big corporate office telling us what to do. It is just us here in the complex. Sometimes it gets really crowded, and the noise from the kitchen mixes with the people talking at the tables. Ethumalai Road can be a bit chaotic with bikes and trucks passing by constantly. We just focus on the food and making sure the plates are full. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and the people who live around here. We do not try to be something we are not. It is just a local chicken joint where we work hard and go home tired at the end of the shift. The neighborhood is loud but it feels right.
