Kalangiyam Farmer Producer Companylimited

We are located near the railway gate at Emmaus Garden. It is a specific spot in Vgrnagar, R.C Melakondai. Being a farmer producer company means there is always people coming and going. It is rarely quiet here. Since we are near the railway gate, we always hear the trains passing by, which sort of marks the time for us throughout the day. The office at No. 1 is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of registers. We work with a lot of local farmers, so there is always someone stopping by to talk about their harvest or some issues they are having with the soil. It is a collective effort, really. We do not have a big boss culture here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes the office gets crowded when there is a meeting. We just pull in extra stools. It is a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we do not mind. The garden area is nice though, and it gives us a bit of green to look at when things get stressful. We spend our time figuring out how to get the best for the produce. It is slow work sometimes, dealing with paperwork and government stuff, but it is what we do. We just want to keep things moving for the farmers in the group. It is a simple life, focused on the ground and the people who work it. We often share some snacks while we talk about the next season.
