We are located in the Samayapuram area of Trichy, specifically on Kadai Vethi. It’s a lively street, especially because we are so close to the Samayapuram Mariamman Temple. You can usually hear the temple bells or the crowds if you stand outside long enough. Being near the temple means we get a lot of families and folks who have traveled a long way for their prayers. We started this place because there was a need for somewhere simple to stay nearby. It’s not a luxury setup by any means. We have basic rooms and we try to keep the bathrooms clean. The street outside can get quite narrow and crowded with shops and people selling things, so it feels very much like a traditional market area. Sometimes it’s hard to get a car right to the door, but people figure it out. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the local vendors. It’s a tight community around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. We hope people find the bed comfortable enough for a night's sleep before they head back to the temple or catch their bus home. It is a humble place, but it is ours. We have been here for years and the temple has always been the center of everything for us.
