Running Femina Hotel isn’t like those modern corporate chains you see everywhere. We have a more traditional way of doing things. Williams Road is a busy stretch, and being in the Cantonment means we are close to the heart of the city’s activity. The rooms are what they are—clean, functional, and ready for travelers who need a place to stay. We don't have fancy marketing teams; we just have staff who have been with us for years. Every morning starts early with the breakfast service and people checking out to catch their trains or buses. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because an old building always needs something fixed. Whether it’s the plumbing or just a fresh coat of paint, there’s always work to be done. We see businessmen, families on pilgrimage, and solo travelers passing through. We don't make big promises. We just provide a room and a meal. It’s a straightforward business. The street outside can be noisy with honking cars, but inside we try to keep things steady. It’s a lot of coordination between the front desk and the housekeeping, but we manage to keep the wheels turning day after day without too much trouble for anyone who stays here.
