Black Moon Dairy Farm Private Limited

Started out on 2nd Street here in Musuri, just outside Trichy. Black Moon Dairy Farm Private Limited is mostly just a bunch of us looking after cows every single day. The sun comes up pretty early in Abirami Nagar and that is when the work starts for us. There is no such thing as a day off when you have animals to feed and milk to get out. It gets quite hot here in Trichy-Tiruchirappalli, especially in the afternoons, so we spend a lot of time making sure the sheds are cool enough for the cows. We aren't a big fancy operation with shiny machines everywhere. It is more about the hands-on stuff, cleaning out the stalls and making sure the feed is right. People around here know where to find us on 57/3. It is a quiet spot mostly, except for when the milk trucks come and go. Sometimes things go wrong, a pump breaks or the weather turns bad, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. We have been doing this for a bit now and the routine stays the same. Wake up, milk the cows, check the health of the herd, and do it all again tomorrow. It is hard work but it is what we know. We just focus on getting things done properly without making a big fuss about it. If you walk down our street, you’ll see us there, just working through the daily chores.
