Step Iin Family Beauty Salon

Our salon is in Thillai Nagar on the first floor. It’s a family place, so we get everyone from grandmothers to little kids coming through the door at C86. Being on Fort Station Road, specifically near 5th Cross Sastri Road, means we are right in the heart of things in Trichy. We started this because we wanted a spot where a whole family could come at once. It’s not one of those trendy, exclusive places. We have mismatched magazines on the table and the chairs have seen a lot of use over the years. We do hair, skin work, and all the basic beauty stuff. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep for some, but once you’re inside, it’s a friendly environment. We know most of our customers by name because they live just a few streets away. It’s more like a community hub than a business sometimes. We talk about the local news or what's happening at the temple while we work. The lighting is bright and we keep the fans going to beat the Trichy heat. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a service to our neighbors and try to keep everyone happy. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. Just a small board that lets people know we are here on the first floor of the building.
